Camryn Byer's Nutrition Philosophy.
She wholeheartedly believes that REAL FOOD should come from the earth, from the fields on local farms, from our oceans, and made with love.
Real food, also known as whole foods, should be minimally processed or in their most natural state.
Forget The Fad Diets
I teach my clients to focus on making sustainable lifestyle, environmental, and behavioral changes for optimal health.

Camryn Byer's Top Nutrition Tips
Become A Skillful Eater.
Becoming a skillful eater means to understand real food and the way it nourishes our bodies. Being able to see past all the confusion and fog in the latest “health” trends.
Consume Real Foods.
These foods should be minimally processed or in their most natural state. Nothing bad added - like trans fat or sugars altered from their original state to make us addicted. Real food doesn't have ingredients, real food is ingredients.
Drink More Water.
Drink a minimum of half of your body weight in ounces. Water is the best source of natural hydration but it also helps flush out toxins. As a breastfeeding mother with one kidney, I’ve always been passionate about the quality of my drinking water and the amount I consume.
Mindful Movement
Get moving - the right type of exercise can be enjoyable. When you begin to exercise regularly, you will reap the physical, emotional, and mental benefits almost immediately. I personally love pilates, strength training, and going for daily walks outside.
Mediterranean Inspired Eating
The Mediterranean diet is a way of eating that's based on the traditional cuisines of Greece, Turkey, Morocco, Italy and other countries that border the Mediterranean Sea. This healthy eating style may reduce your risk of developing heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.
