Natural and clean perfume is soooo hard to find and synthetic fragrances are everywhere. It’s in our perfumes, lotions, shampoos, and even in our cleaning products. Fragrance has definitely become a part of our daily lives. Traditional perfumes often contain these synthetic fragrances that can cause allergic reactions and disrupt hormones and the reproduction system. Fragrance chemicals, like other toxic chemicals, can pass from the skin and into the bloodstream.

So far I’m enjoying The Lovely Sweet Dreams from DIME. This is a citrusy floral scent that has notes of peach nectar, creamy coconut, white lily, jasmine, and rose. With some added hints of vanilla bean, blonde woods, soft musks, and tonka bean. It’s light and not too overpowering plus it smells heavenly! When I tried The Lovely Sweet Dreams on for the first time, my husband couldn’t stop sniffing and cuddling with me. He said “this one works for you babe” It’s always a sweet deal when hubby approves!
