Isn’t it crazy how milled flour loses its vital nutrients, vitamins, and minerals quickly? Which means most of the flour we get from the markets and stores aren’t as healthy as we believe. Even the organic ones. When you mill at home, you retain all those beneficial components that are often stripped away in commercially processed flour.
