You all know that my heart will always belong to Mediterranean food, but every now and then I discover something outside of that world that earns a permanent place in our kitchen.

OMA Korean Soup is one of those discoveries.

As a mom, I'm always looking for foods that check a few important boxes: nourishing ingredients, simple preparation, great flavor, and something my children will actually eat. That's harder to find than you might think. When I first tried OMA's Korean-inspired soups, I wasn't expecting them to become such a staple in our home. But after the first few bowls, my kids were already asking for more.

We've had our subscription since February 2026 and always look forward to the next few boxes! Now it's become one of those comforting meals I keep on hand for busy days when I want something warm, satisfying, and nourishing without spending hours in the kitchen.

There are very few nourishing foods that receive enthusiastic requests from my kids, but OMA has become one of them.
